I need you "pros" to analyze this for me and tell me what is the better workout here!

A-Workout

Day-1 Chest/Delts/Traps
Incline/flat bench barbell press 4x15-10
Incline/Flat bench dumbell press 2x15-10
Incline Dumbell Flye 2x15-10
Flat bench flye 2x15-10
Dumbell press 3x15-10
dumbell lateral raise 2x15-10
Barbell shrug 3x15-10

Day 2 legs
Leg extension 3x20-12

Walking lunge 3x20-12
Lying leg curl 3x20-12
Standing leg curl 3x20-12

Depends on your muscle priority, if you have one and your goals. The top routine has kind of high reps.

Routine A has a couple of uneeded exercises like on chest day why do barbell incline and flat presses then follow up with dumbbell? a waste of energy in my opinion. same for back day. B looks better to me.
