I have been doing this one program out at my local military base for about 4 weeks on these machines, and about 3 weeks ago weight that I could struggle to lift one more time and could lift no heavier I am now lifting 8-12 reps for a set or two. I don't know what anyone else thinks but I think that is pretty good!! Although I don't have the mass to show that but hey... what do you guys think...

what you're experiencing is very typical of beginners to weight training....most beginners experience fast gains at the beginning because their body is not used to the stress of lifting and is shocked into getting stronger and more muscular...
