Ummm....your food plan seems to be lacking food!! I don't think a mouse could survive on this. I think you need to re-read the diet thread and many of the other posts on diet and nutrition. Here is a typical food plan for my day...

Breakfast: eggs, whole wheat tortilla, apple
snack: packet of regular quaker oatmeal
lunch: salad with chicken, piece of fruit
snack: handful of almonds
Dinner: Salmon with brown rice and veggies
snack: cottage cheese and berries.

You need to figure out how many calories per day you need and then work out a meal plan which includes healthy carbs, fat and protien.

You have a long way to go with your current diet plan.

u're a lacto vegetarian as u consume milk/dairy....vegans are those who consume no animal products at all ...

since u consume dairy that makes it a bit easier....

To help your protein intake I would get a whey protein powder and add it to milk.....that will count as a meal...I would have at least 2 a day...1 morn and 1 night...account for this in your daily calories, carbs, protein, fat...easy to count since milk/protein powder got per serving breakdowns....

soy milk, various cheeses, various beans(black, kidney, chickpea, garbanzo, etc), buckwheat, yams, sweet potatoes, rice with out shell(black, brown, wild, etc), avacados, virgin olive oil,

oatmeal....

Fish is not meat? right? right? lol....mmmmm....very good addition to every vegetarian diet...lol

Do you use this powder PWO also or different powder since it is blended with other proteins such as egg and casein?
