What are the best bicep and Tricep workouts to develop big arms?

The heavy basics (barbell curl, close grip bench) are great for bulking up the muscle, but if you want really great arms those are just the starters. It's best to start with the basic, then add some support movements in to further "define" the muscles.
Don't get too wrapped up in the arm muscles though, because even big arms look silly if you don't have good shoulders, and a good chest.
Maybe you should try the following exercises;

Bicep: Barbell curls,preacher curls,high cable curls
Tricep: Close grip bench, skull crushers, rope pressdowns

There are TONS of variations, so try doing a generic search online for either muscle group.

Heavy rows, pull-ups, deadlifts, overhead presses, bench presses, dips.....all much better overall for big arms tan isolation movements.

If you have to curl do it after a heavy day of compound movements.

Arm mass will come with overall bodymass gain. Your body will not allow you to become too unproportional.
