i don't understand, what does it mean by input weight when you finish your exercised. it says weight used

Depending on what exercise you do you need to use weights. For example if you are using a barbell for curls then you input the weight you used for each set. Since this is the pyramid system your weight should be different for each set. If you are just doing crunches or exercises that use your bodyweight enter 0.

BUT if you do 10 reps with 22 lbs then fill in 22 as input weight and NOT 10 x 22 = 220!! (o: (honestly, we had questions about that before....)
By doing this you'll be able to see how you progress.

Hmmm...interesting, Nina! That would mean I have been doing over a ton in deadlifts, squats and leg presses! I can probably lift a car by now...LOL!
