triceps respond well to compound exercises. i use close grip bench presses and dips in my routine, and its really helped pack on the mass.

One thing I do...just take a dumbbell and hold it with both hands over your head and then dip it back behind your head and repeat. This seems to work very well and can be used with a cheap set of weights as well.

Triceps are most efficiently worked with heavy resistance. Close grip bench press and WEIGHTED dips are your best bet.

One of my favorite all-time excercises for triceps is skullcrushers. You can vary your grip and use it as an isolation excercise for mass, tone, or strength training. Because this is an isolation excercise, incorporate these into your routine after you have completed your compound movements.

i like pull backs you do a close grip bench and then you take the bar and drop it past your head (the farther you are away from your head the better)
