Hey guys,
Today was my first day of working out on the ft plan and it went really well but I have a few questions.

First, I had to to stop doing the chins between chairs because it was really really awkard. I am not sure what I should have been feeling but it was uncomforable in the wrong way... just really odd. Should I try something different?

Also, I was born with short calf tendons and could not do the home squats. Because of the tendons being short I could not go completely flat footed on the floor and therefor felt all the pressure on my knees (I also have a partially bad right knee) and had to stop. Is there anything else I can do here?

Other than that everything went really well. I got alot of protein afterwards and my diet (which tommorrow will be one week since I started it) is going very well.

Thanks!
P.S. I put my body weight as the weight I used for things such as push ups... is this correct?

Most people will put zero as the weight when using bodyweight only. That way when you add weight it will be easier to track your progress.

Regarding the chins between chairs, have you tried switching up your grip? Closer, wider, palms facing you, palms away? Just a few thoughts that could make it easier for you.

have you tried putting a book under your heels for the squats?

without being able to see how you are restricted, i don't know that i can give you a good substitute movement.
