What do you do now? Is your goal just to lose weight? How much are you looking to lose? What is your diet like? Age, etc.

Fill out your profile and tell us more about you first.

You pretty much have to pick one and go for that. I'd try to lean out first if I was you. Get your diet in check and do the workout plan you have. You should do some cardio work a few times per week as well.

You need to prioritize what your goals are, and go from there. Just realize that you can't bulk up and lose body fat at the same time. For me, I decided to drop my body first, and then bulk up. I just wanted to get the fat off of me that I had on for years. Basically, it comes down to what you want to do first, and then move on to the other.

I agree with my fellow members on loosing weight first. At my heaviest I was 287 lbs(I'm also 6'2"), and I'll tell ya, some cardio is gonna make a huge difference for you. First you'll need to determine your resting metabolic rate to get a grasp on the amount of calories you should be eating during the day. Maybe you should shoot for loosing 20-30 lbs first, then do a couple of mass cycles(eating more(quality)calories than you burn during the day, and lifting heavier weights for less reps )to put on some good solid muscle.
