Hello all!!
When I do Leg Presses on the 45 degree machine I place my feet on the lower foot plate. I notice some people using the upper part of the plate that comes foward. The plate on the 45 degree leg machine is designed as follows: The bottom part of the plate is perpendicular to the floor and the top portion shoots out about 25 degrees up and out towards you,...........does this make any sense....ohh well whats the diff? if any...thanks

One position is rated more weight than the other, more resistance. I haven't seen one of those in a while, so I can't tell you which is which, but this is a fact.

If you place you feet on the top one it getws harder and you can go deeper, the lower seems to be easier.
