Its that time again...time to start tweaking the diet, manipulate the muscles and keep that quality muscle as I shredd the last bit of fat. Its been a tough twelve weeks and now I'm ready to buckle down for the last four. I feel great(most of the time) and I look 100 times better than the last show. The last show was most definitely a learning experience on what not to do. This time I'm coming in with thicker legs, more vascularity and a bigger frame. I took a year and a half to build up and it has really paid off. I'm looking to go in to the show at about 190lbs. Its gets real tricky towards the end here. Being a natural bodybuilder is tough physically and mentally. Sometimes I want to quit(especially when the Juice-heads are in the gym) but I know I've come too far and its not about the people around me in the gym...its about my hard work. The BF is down to 7% which is right on track for me. Wish me luck guys and gals because this one really counts. I'll keep y'all updated. :dumbbell:

I don't know you but it's good to hear that you are a natural body builder. There are too many people in the body building industry now that are juicers. I have a similar problem as you, when you said you get discouraged when the juicers come into the gym. Keep on working, juicers muscles aren't all real anyways, if you catch them in the off season you'd probably easily out lift them.

Thanks for the encouragment guys and gal.

BB1...good luck. What show are you competing in? I'm doing FAME(Fitness and Model Expo). Its WNSO. Do you have any advice for tightening the skin in a specific area, namely the lower belly? I'm depending on the cardio and water deplete to help but is there anything out there, topical, that may help? Let me know....and of course I know there are no quick fixes. Thanks!.

Preparation H comes to mind. Really does help, but for a short period of time only.

GOOD LUCK. Just recently came from the Ronnie Coleman Classic as a spectator. Im always so amazed at the drive competitors have for any upcoming show. Whatever the placement ^5 for the mental and physical efforts. We as the ones who enjoy the accomplishments of all competitors root for the ones up on stage. Keep us posted. And although the bulk is onstage w/ roids. You are looking pretty damn good in the pics you post. Along with your family we here CHEER FOR JDELTS...YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!! GO YANKEES ;)

5% BF....194lbs....feeling good. Its real tough right now though. Its so hard to tweak your diet this close to the comp. I'm not going to mess with loading and depleting sodium, carbs, and water because its a crapshoot if you don't do it the right way. Instead, I will cut down carbs and sodium as the final week progresses and I will cut down water intake thursday eve before the show.

Thanks guys, I feel ready. Feel like I have pulled off the ultimate timing, am actually peaking my last week.

I am a bit flat right now, which means I am right on track. I am getting stoked. Now, if I can pull off the posing, I am the worst poser! :(
