It's been almost 2 months since I started using FreeTrainers.com to help my schedule. I'm 24 and this is the first real attempt in my life to get in shape. Luckily, I have the help of my friend who is a Gym Coach and personal trainer, nothing beats free training advice and a freind to workout with. In the two months of working out 4 days a week, i've been decreasing my portions(going on 6 months of that) and eating about 50% healthier. I've lost 8 pounds in the first month and a half. My body is getting a little bit tighter and you can start to see my arms get big, my chest take shape and my beer keg slowly become a 16 oz.

I read many posts and it gets me motivated. Since working out my endurance has increased, my chronic heart pains have ceased(and I go longer in the bedroom with the Mrs.)

I'm not boasting...just TESTIFYING!

BOAST AWAY markerr! You have every reason to be proud and brag about it! That's what this is all about, and how we keep each other motivated. Great job.
