LOL watch out!! Now that you can lift things easier people are going to be after you to help them move!!! I know I get asked all the time.....and I never get the easy boxes just the dressers, fridges LOL well you get the Idea. But back to the tri...I always make sure that they get 2 heavy mass buliding exercise first then 1 - 2 lighter exercises, it works for me.

LOL Mutt, I'm in the process of moving now and you're just the guy I'm looking for. I could use a hand since I'm only 116 lbs, and my boyfriend seems to forget that, since he gets aggravated with me and he "just can't understand" why I'm struggling with my end of the pull out couch!

I'm on my 5th week of my program and my triceps are definatly the muscle on the move. I've gone from a flat under arm to a nice arc, really makes my arms look bigger, more so than any bicep growth. Tricep training is comming my fave.

And of cause a lot of arm strength is in the tricep =)

I've noticed a huge difference since I started working my triceps, too... my favorite is lying triceps extensions; that's the easiest way for me to control the weight and isolate the tricep.

I started working my upper body hard to try and balance out my hips... it responded so well now I'm going to have to start working my lower body heavier to balance out my triceps. LOL At this rate I'm going to look like the world's smallest linebacker if I don't do something fast!
