i was just wondering if creatine is a good supplement for me. im only 14. is this safe for someone for my age. i only want something that will help me gain muscle mass and not lose or gain any weight. and help would be great

Yes at 14 you are still growing and taking that would be not a good idea. What you need to do is workout and eat a lot! Sleep is also important. And remember that muscle weighs more than fat so if you do gain any weight it most likely is muscle ok? Good Luck!

At age 14, I would not recommend taking any supplements at this point. Like Mutt said you are still growing and you will see gains just by that alone.

At such a young age your body produces enough creatine to help you gain muscle mass (because you're still growing). So, taking creatine isn't necessary.

Anyway, you got creatine in red meat. Your normal diet would be enough for now.
