Defined Triceps Please

I have a pretty good horseshoe shape to my triceps but not that outside "tadpole tail" looking part of the muscle that attaches to my elbow... How do I get it? Any help you can offer would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Just look under the FT exercises and choose all the different ways to work your triceps. See what will work for you.

That comes a lot from low bf. But try using the rope pull down, that works very well.
