if i use weights with my ab exercises will my six pack be more noticable through my little blubber

The more weight you use the more you will bulk generally speaking. I do 200+ lb crunches and have a very well defined set of abs, they are unfortunately buried under 1 1/2 in of fat. If you want your abs to wave hi at the world its 6% body fat you must attain, all else is wishful thinking. Getting your six pack is work, keeping them is constant work and diet. My buddy lost his definition after 8 weeks of eating "3 squares" with the family on vacation. Use weights yes, but the diet is in there too. Six pack owners are masters of a balancing act IMO.

i am at 13 percent i guess i have my work cut out for me i thoght it was 10 percent

It depends on how big you want your abs. If you want a small waist, use weights but light weights. If you want to be big, use heavier weights. Nina made a post on another section and hit it on the nail, by saying getting a six pack requires weights-- it is a muscle group just like any other, but abs are probably the most complicated.

lose the fat, cut down your fat intake, u can work your abs ALL your want, but they will not show through the fat, so u need to lose the fat, before your abs show though at all.

i heard %8 is when they usually start to show for men, and about %14 for women.
