Ivan,
They're all good. It's a matter of finding out what works for you, what you like to do, and what equipment you have available. If you're new to a gym, look around and see what other people are doing. Ask someone in the gym what it's for. I've helped out lots of people who wanted to know about different exercises I'm doing. Just make sure you stick to form, you don't overdo it, and use a spotter if need be.
Someone posted this site and I thought it was pretty good (although it is down tonight): www.abcbodybuilding.com/exercise1.html.

Powerlifting methods for strength. Check out their exercises.
If you want mass then why not follow the FT 12 week muscle mass program?

On this page, go to the yellow drop down menu for ft Exercise Resources. The third option in that menu is muscle targeting. Read the section you're interested in, and on the last page will be exercise suggestions. For instance: http://www.freetrainers.com/FT/jsp/TargetsBack3.jsp

try some Clean Sweeps: dead lift the weight, then spring it up to your chest, but no need to take it above your head since its just a military press and u can do that on a bench. try em
