I just did my first real squat workout in 2 months or so.....I need help walking LOL feels great...just hope I can mow the lawn tonight after work..

You should be able to do that 'cause the lawnmower will help keep you standing up...LOL!

Yeah but the front yard is all down hill(not looking forward to walking back up)LOL

LOL, mutt, thats good. i remember this one gym that i worked out at that had stairs up from the parking lot, and then another set to go back down into the gym. not to bad until the one day i did squats.....ugh! i had to pull my way up the first set, and then, when going down to the parking lot, had to hold on for dear life because my legs kept giving out. i then got into my truck, which had a manual transmission and a really mean clutch. im surprised i even made it home that night!

I know how you feel...to cook my food here( I have egg whites from home) I have to walk up 2 flights then back down them. Most days I sprint up and down, today I had to almost crawl. It hurts but feels sooooogoood!
