INCREDIBLY FUNDAMENTAL QUESTION: How long do I rest between sets? How long between exercises? I'm a beginner (obviously) and nowhere on this site does it seem to answer that question.

About 30-a minute... i've seen times go up to around 3 minutes if your lifting heavy but nothing more than that.. usually it seems to me that 3 is a waste of time.. I try not to go over 1:30 as far as rest times.. sometimes i'll slip into 2-3 if I zone out.. but other than that.. 30sec to a min 30 should give your muscle some time to reover... don't forget to stretch in between sets...

I usually weight 1 minute between each set. I usually do anywhere from 10-20 reps per set.

For me if I am lifting heavy I wait a minute or longer. Lifting lite less than 30 seconds.

Yes that depends on your goals and of course how heavy you lift. Fill in your profile and tell us what you want and you'll get a better answer.
