a friend of mine who is a personal trainer has done it herself and has a few of her clients on it. so far, according to her, the results have been good.

Rev,

I can't find the article on the planetmuscle.com site.
Can someone explain it to me what interval cardio is.
A trainer at my gym explained 2 minutes at an easy pace and then 1 minute at a hard pace. Is this correct and how much better is it at burning fat then just regular cardio??
