You take a bar bell or a curl bar with a light weight to start. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Grip the bar with palms facing your legs. pukk the bar up keeping it close to the body. You want your elbows to come up past your ears if possible. They should have a description here for it.

These target the traps as well as the main head of the deltoid. They work very well you really do not need a lot of weight to do it right. I would go light at first to get the groove. Good luck!1 keep going! I need another 60 lbs and i reach my goal!

Deadlifts also work the traps, as well as the lower back and legs.

Well thanks jnellie! I hope to increase that look without the bf there. rpacheco is right good heavy deadlifts work wonders for the traps. As do the T-bar row if you stand upright a little more than normal, there was an article on that in M&F a few months back.
