It's a shame that someone has so much time on their hands and that they use it to be obnoxious rather than using some of that engery to improve themselves.... Must be jealous and angry that the peeps on here have the will to change their lives and are succeeding at doing so.

it is a shame and i can not believe that someone would write that but in this day and age i believe anthing by the way pg how is the ab program going good i hope.....

Not so good. I took a week off to "heal" since I had that "burning pull" in my left glute and my inner thighs... I don't wanna hurt myself bad... :(

Probably gonna start again on Monday. Every couple days I do (attempt) lunges or squats... if it still hurts, I don't do anything.

Am I making excuses?? LOL

While I've been off, I've been looking into some HIT workouts..... wondering if it would be better since I started my new job and have a hard time squeezing exercise in on the days I work. You ever check into HIT?

yes i was doing hit in the spring for about a month and was burning fat andlosing weight big time stopped running because i was losing to much weight lost 30 lbs since jan just have a little gut that i can not seem to lose is it possible to burn fat and not lose weight .....

You can lose fat and never seem to lose "weight" because of muscle gain.

I wouldn't care if I never lost another pound if my fat % would keep dropping.

And where did you get your info for your HIT program or did you just sorta feel around and design it yourself?

PG, look at FT's weekly articles and you'll find a great article explaining everything about HIIT (the cardio).
