I'm going to start my sister on a workout program this coming monday. she's never worked out before. She's 17 and 210 lbs. I have to teach her to eat right and exercise right. How should i start her off?

Choose the weight loss and tone exercise program and show her the nutrition plan as well. You find everything here at Freetrainers.com

It's going to be all about diet, cardio, and weights. I suggest you find a game (tennis, basketball, etc) that your sister likes to play and use that as cardio. That makes it fun and keeps people interested.

Remember diet is so HUGE in training. Make sure she understands that her eating habits have to be good or all her hard work will go to waste.

Wouldn't it be a good idea to ease her into it though? The whole exercise plus change of eating habits all at the same time might turn some people off. I'm actually trying to do the same thing with my brother, that's why I ask. i figured I'd get the exercise going well for a while then start on the nutrition part.

I think that becomes preference. It's kinda like a band aid, do you pull it off quickly or slowly?
