i am working 15 hours a day from monday to thurs if i work out on fri sat,sun would this be an allright schedule that is all i have time for now just your opinion is this a good post i do no know what to put up here anymore...

Three following days to work your body is not the very best solution but of course better than nothing.
Try working the upper body fri and sun and legs sat.

I always say its better to do some then none. Some days I feel like sitting on my bum, but I say i gotta go Lift, and I do. Atleast you are managing your time properly, I know a lot of guys would say ohh well dont got the time to work out..that is an excuse used all to often!

nina i tried doing what you said to do and it worked out good i got some cardio in there also thanks for the tip
