Uh... You can't just go from average joe to perfect body in six weeks.. but sign up for an ft mass program.. put in there for a chest mass program and sign up for the 12 week ab program.. follow a good diet religiously and train with great intensity and form.. you'll probably make great strides in six weeks if you adhere to a good program.. you will probably even surpise yourself... most of all don't overtrain.. as that won't get you to your goals any faster and may in turn hurt your progress.. some people that curl or bench press everday aren't really getting any closer to huge arms or a rounded chest...

That looks great.. I know the chest mass program will automatically be incorporated into your mass program and I THINK the wide shoulders will also be incorporated into it.. the 12 week ab program will be a seperate button on the bottom of the screen (after you click 'your exercise program') don't forget.. train hard.. use good form.. go heavy or go home might be true but don't sacrafice form to it.. you should be on your way... keep people on the board updated.. I'm sure everyone here would more than happy to keep you motivated if not at very least hear another success story..

First of all...succes. For getting the right form I can really recommend this page: www.abcbodybuilding.com You can find a lot of information there, even with animated clips of how to perform the exercise

this is my routine...

9am wake up and excecise till 11am...consist of push-up sit-up and skipping....and some other excerise

1pm-1.30...Punching Bag

4-5...dancing

6-7..own perfences...own excerise

10.30-11.30...jogging around 2 km....

Before sleeping,do some crunches and push-up then home sweet home till tommorrow 9am and restart everyday

The rest of the time is resting and eating...

i eat at around 3 hours interval...so digestion is complete...

My diet consist of carrot, vegetable, apple, rice, meat(chicken, pork, salmon <--- all abit each)

Can anyone give me some more advices on how to improve on my programs which i plan for myself.

Suggestion: When you first wake up, do your cardio exercise (punching bag and/or jogging and/or skipping). When will you incorporate weight training? Is that the 6-7pm time slot?

It's good that you're eating every 3 hours or so. I wouldn't change that. But, you should keep track of your total daily intake...you can use ft's nutritional tracker.

Good luck...in 6 weeks you should see a difference!

J, he's not going to become Schwarzenneger overnight. But he could see a noticeable improvement in as little as 6 weeks. Of course, it's a lot of hard work, but sounds like he's committed. We'll see I guess...

Yeah....presently i am 80kg...

6 weeks later i will post my weight here again and retake a photo at that time....

I am committed because of a couple of reason
----> Promised Friends(want to be as fit as them)
----> Promised my Girlfriend( Have a Good Shape)
----> Prove people wrong(They have laugh at me when i am more overweight than right now)
----> Prove myself wrong(I always stop my own training after 2 weeks)

These few reasons are those more importantly one...I hope that thise forum will make me more committed to my training as i can discuss with you all on what i am doing.

I hope that you all can give more advice on how to train ABs and Chest<--- these two are my first TARGET which i wanted to achieve.

The rest consist of biceps and tricep and last but not least my Legs :)

MAY GOD BLESS YOU

You mean the 12 week ab program... Goto your exercise program profile and press next twice so your at the page with the additional programs... at the bottom there is an option that says "Special 12-week Abdominals Program" put a check by that.. Now when you goto your workout page scroll to the bottom where it says "Supplementary Programs & Completed Schedules".. there should be a button there for the ab program.. click on it and then choose the week of the ab program your on... that should cover it...

Some (if not most?) of us use calipers.. accumeasure makes some nice ones that aren't too expensive.. You can't really watch the scale because you could be losing fat and gaining muscle mass. During the summer I usually stop working out and weigh 6 pounds less than I do now.. but my body fat % is higher... then around these months I gain about 6 pounds but my bf% is lower and my waist is smaller (which is small already to begin w/)... I think ft even has an calculator that will help you estimate your body fat percentage.. you just have to measure around your waist.. but the calipers woud probably be far more accurate...
