motivation i took 5 days off just to rest worked out this morning boy was it tough to get going but i just did and i feel better after doing it .what do you guys to get motivated after taking sometime off...........

I read Muscle and Fitness Hers, it's good at getting me motivated.

I get too restless and just don't know where to sit or think when I don't do physical activity...... Health concern is my motivation.....

AND to think that if others can do it then I can as well....

I usually maintain my cardio or do ab exercises when I'm not weight training. That usually keeps me motivated until I'm ready to hit the plates again...
