Hi everyone I have irregular work hours, somedays I start work at 3,4 5:00am and don't get done with work until 6,7,8:00pm. I just wanted to know how some of you deal with finding the inspiration and time to workout when you don't have a regular life, other than pure determination. I also find procrastination a big problem when I do get the time.
Thanks Todd

I leave for work about 9:30 Am and do not get home until 10-11 pm most nights. I train, prepare all my food for the day and work 60 hrs a week! It has too become a priority for it too work. You need to sit down and write out a weekly plan and stick to it. It can be done. If you need help...it is here.

It's a lifestyle and I don't think much about it any longer. I just know (and feel) when I DON'T train I get veeeery frustrated and restless......
It's not about finding time, it's a must.

I think ebbs in motivation come in phases. I sometimes feel that way, but often find an myself working out anyway! I don't need to procrastinate as the longer it takes me to work out, the longef it'll be before I can eat dinner...that's motivation enough! LOL!

Sometimes I find it hard to get the time to workout, especially right now that I am in an school setting with lots of work to do. I find that if I make an excuse for not going on a day, it is easier to use that excuse the next time. If I do miss a workout, I try my best to make it up within a day or two. You can also split your workout up. If you don't need machines, maybe you can do some of the exercises at work or on you lunch break. Hope this helps.

How about reading some bodybuilding/fitness magazines for your inspiration?

I think it does help to do things like read body building mags here and there. Any little thing that you can do to get yourself psyched about it.
