DOES THIS EXERCISE MAKE YOUR TRICEPS ALOT BIGGER OR JUST DEVELOP THEM............

I doubt it packs on mass but I'm not sure because I really don't use dips for my triceps.. I usually lean a bit forward to try and hit my lower chest more than my tri's... Check out the muscle targeting section for things like tricep cable pushdowns which should help with some mass on your triceps...

Since the resistance level cannot exceed your body's weight, it will only make your triceps a little bigger. You'll have to go heavy on weights to pack on big muscles...

I was thinking that when I do these it tends to work my upper chest. You kinda flex your pecs as you come up.

These are a decent tricep excercise, especially when you dont have access to a gym like when you're travelling. If you want to add weight to them (which i wouldnt advise unless you are very use to the motion), you can put some plates across your hips/thighs. For more tricep mass and pectoral development, I would suggest regular dips on the parrallel.
