Does this really work come on, just 4 minutes when you start off I know the time increases but lets's be real here. That's not enough cardio is it???

Oh yes it is joe. Don't forget that you are working in a very high speed (and using anaerobic energy -this is different for every person but your heart rate is up to 80-90% of max). If you are doing this right, you'll boost up your metabolism AND you'll NOT be able to do much more than 20-25mins!
Now doing slow steady cardio is important as well.
