is this a good work out routine. weight train 5days a week.do crunches, leg lifts, seated twists, push ups,every other day cardio i run or walk 3 miles every other day, just started riding my bike today 6 miles,good diet do not eat any sweets. i am at 20 percent body fat want to get to 10 percent is this enough or should i do more.if i keep this up can i drop down to 10 percent body fat in 2 0r 3 months
It's okey if you can do it. Try to listen to your body and stop if you feel too tired or anything. Don't overtrain. Eat a good work out meal every time so you'll be sure to recover fast. You'll be fine till summer. Good luck.
