Gelson, have you signed up for one of the ft programs? When you do, you'll be given a schedule and a workout regimen. Try it out.
Also, when you sign up, you'll have access to a nutrition guide which will give you info. on how much to consume daily(i.e. calories, protein, etc.).
Hope this helps...

when going for mass, more does not necessarily mean better. if you just started with the program, give it some time to see if it works for you. after a few weeks, you can adjust it accordingly. let us know how it goes! good luck...........michael

And do you have time to do more? I don't see any harm of doing four days a week if that pleases you. But three days per week is good as well.

how do you know whether it is working , what r the main things to look for to know whether it is working and how should you change it if it is/or is not gelson

Well, you can take some measurements (i.e. biceps, chest, thighs, etc.) before your program. That's what I did. Then, take them again in a few weeks. You could also judge by the definition you begin to see. Like someone said earlier, more days isn't necessarily better. Concentrate on good form and lift hard.
Good luck and keep us updated.

Work out about 5 days a week and take two days off, sometime in between. If you are just starting off then work out 3 days a week and take a day off every other day.

Gelson, you don't have any magic rules in diet or exercising. What works for somebody doens't always mean it'll work for you. So just start trying, take your mesurations as rpacheco suggested and you'll see.
We have all been beginners.
