clt Posts: 107 Joined: 2004/02/13	2004/02/26, 07:00 AM pinnacle is good also, there is no loading phase and you only have to take it once a day, it also has protien in it. with 10g of creatine monohydrate. its really good i use it with pinnacle juiced protien.

Plus everything is simply cheaper (almost half the price) than GNC. My new favorite store...ahhhhh

Ive heard that its much more effective and doesnt cause dehydration, plus its absorbed better. Problem is, ive also heard that it spoils quickly and goes bad.
