Hi there. I was wondering if anyone had any feedback on the fastest way to lose weight other than to starve yourself because that is hard to do. Thanks.

I lost 40 lbs, Body for Life, took me twelve weeks and I only fell off the wagon a couple of times. 12 weeks is not a long time, and I have been able to keep the weight off. I have gained 1o pounds back since then but I have beed on a gaining diet since trying to enhance and build muscle mass. Next week I will start a leaning phase.

If you starve yourself you'll just end up with a body with no muscles or energy BUT you'll still have your cellulite!! (o; lol NOT a good solution huh?!!

Do some search and read a little and you'll find great info.

Good luck!!

Exercise and diet...there are no shortcuts for long term health and weight loss. It comes down to this, effort in equals results out. There is no "fast" way. You can do it faster than most with the above mentioned effort in. Do this with your diet too, and you will be there sooner than you think. 10-12 weeks is going to pass any way you look at it, and if you don't start now, and look for that easy way out, 12 weeks from now you will be saying, if I had only started 12 weeks ago, I would be there now. Good luck to you. And welcome to FT.
