Just wanted to say hello and I am so glad that I stumbled across this site! I am presently a SAHM working on that Body for Life that I havne't seen in 15 years!! I speant my 20's getting FAT and I be damned if my 30's are gonna be that way! I have been doing a combo of the Body for Life program and the Leanness Lifestyle. Since Dec 31 I have lost 13 pounds. My heaviest was last April when I weighed in at a whopping 240 pounds. As of today I am 187 with 52 more pounds to go!! I am ready this will be my Last Fat Summer!!!! I hope to get to know some of ya'll for motivation and suppport. I am on Yahoo alot so if anyone has YIM I go by lauras_bfl_2002 and on AOL and MSN IM I go by BabyGapMomX4 Good Luck to all!

Hello, I haven't been using this site very long, but I started my workout this week to lose weight as well and I can feel the difference. I find it hard to keep the nutritional values of it, but still working combinations to help with that. I hope you like this site as much as I do. Good luck.
