I started working out again today after a week and a half off to recover from an injury to my right leg (brused Tibia and inercalf Gastrocnemius)still have lump of congielled blood that my doctor told me it would be a month or two for my body to absorb. After elevating and icing my leg for so long it sure was nice to get back to some cardio today and weights with my legs, did calf raises with 430lbs and felt great. Sure did make me realize what an impact an injury to your legs can have on your work outs, its to easy to take it for granted any time you want to go for a walk or run or bike ride. Gives you a whole new prespective for those who can't just wait for the injury to heal and get back on track.
