Hi,
Im wondering how to make my bipecs wider rather than taller. My biceps look really good from the sides but if i straighten out my arm till lock out and look at it my forarm is wider that my bicep. Is that normal? Most people i see arent like this

How old are you? and you are a male right? If so try this and remember that all of us are different and you maay just not get totaly what you are looking for but we will try the best to get it.

Drop all but the preacher curls. Start with barbell curls do 3-4 sets of 10. Then do DB curls 3 sets of 10, then do the preacher.....the cable curls are a fine tuning exercise not a mass building one and almost totaly useless to those with less mass and training time.
Start your Tri with either the dips or close grip. Do both of those, before any other tri exercise. Then add kickbacks then do cable exercises do only 3-4 exercises thooo....hope this helped and good luck.

Depending on your experience, 3 different lifts for both bi's and tri's is just fine. That's how my current training program works. And YES for Mutt's suggestion on the order of the lifts.
