My resolutions aren't based on any particular day, it's too easy to break them! Rather, I make a resolution and keep trying to make a habit of it. My current resolution is still to get fit and stay fit!

I'll say my past year was pretty good considering that one month of vacation back in Oklahoma where I went on a Keystone diet.. I feel this year will be a good year to get huge. Maybe look for some friends with my same ideas or not... If nothing is wrong then way try and fix it .. I say..

Good luck on your resolutions...!!!

210 and 8-9% BF. Last year I hit 202 at 10%. It doesn't sound like much but it's my goal. It's been a long road for this former heavyweight!

Those last few numbers are the hard ones. Keep it up!

Never make one myself, simply try to improve in all areas each and every year, that is physically, and as an all around better human being.

WELL WELL I HAVE RETURNED....so guess what my goal is....
I want to fully change but learned from past dissappointments in myself if I go full head in I get depressed on myself. I am now truly tired of being fat.
Yeah Scott boy I am back new ID for a new lifestyle Dedicated and now have a few friends locally who will support me more instead of only message boards and long distance friends....you still inspire me mutt
