Hi,
I want to work on my back muscle . I feel that I don;t have any .... and it might risk my back in the long term .
one more thing is that I used to stand straight, now I feel ( only feeling not noticed to other) that I start to lean forward I guess some muscle work can help with it too .

Pull-ups, rows, *deadlifts(*make sure your form is REALLY good, and you're not just trying to lift the heaviest weight in the gym).

squats, bent over rows, deadlifts are the tools you need. Is there a underlying medical issue?
