I am 5'6 and 125 lbs.. I don't need to lose weight but want to really lean up so I feel good about wearing my bikini this summer. I mean reaaly lean up!!! What things food or supplements do I need everyday to get lean? What things should I avoid?
You will lean up when your body fat percentage goes down. Usually a diet that is higher in protein, but lower in carbs will help you get there a bit faster. Check the diet and nutrition boards for specifics.
try the diet plan in the WSSC challenge thread..it will lean you out.
