I think when you use a treadmill that long it starts to expect special treatment, hence..it is spoiled ;)

and if you start a fight with them, don't do it on arm day, unless you plan on kicking them a lot....

If it is a commercial quality it should not. The TM's are running 18 hrs a day at my gym and sometimes up to 3hrs straight because of turn over.. What brand are they?
Before you approach them, make sure they do not have a 30 minute usage policy written some where.

I never heard that excuse, maybe it's just to give others a chance on the equipment if it is a high traffic gym.

You may want to alternate equipment IE: start with treadmill change to rowing machine and ellipticle, and/or stepping machine.
The changes are good.

I do treadmil continously for 2 hours attimes, if not 2 hours then 1 hour on my cardio days at a speed ranging for 6 to 8.

The trainers at the gym come and stop me in between saying that the treadmill should not be done continously beyond 30 minutes as the treadmill gets spoiled.

Is there a solution to this. I like to do continous 2 hours or more non stop as it helps me to work contiously without break ( burning maximum calories) and at the same time help me check my stamina.

Any help would be appreciated.
