Caffeine Anhydrous Power will do it for you trust me it's not like a no dose or cup of coffee, it's caffeine in it's purest and most potent form.

It's used in small amount in that 5 hour drink but you pay 5 bucks just for that 1 time drink.

Caffeine Anhydrous Power will not alter sleep unless taken before bed it also will not take away your appetite.

Recommended dose is 200mg and that just too much for me as I take 50 when I lift and 100 other wise.

Quoting from ecle5c:

I tend to drink a fair amount of coffee during the day so it doesn't really give me a push. I can drink a cup of coffee and then to straight to bed, caffeine doesn't really do it for me.

I read about a lot of stupid supplement crap but I was curious to anything that was more than just caffeine or sugar.

Caffeine Anhydrous Power a year supply for only 4 bucks!

I got 100g at TrueProtein.com and take about 50mg to 150mg per day.

Creatine and Beta Alanine will also help.

BCAA's help recover and muscle endurance if taken correct while on a diet. BCAA's 10g pre 10g during 10g after.

Well, a diet Rockstar is about as low carb as energy drinks go. You should actually eat some carbs before working out though. Find a way to fit in the small snack an hour or so before working out. This could be as simple as a granola bar, or better would be some fresh fruit. This will give you the fuel you need to keep going.

...energy or endurance during my workouts. I went from 150 to about 170 over the summer and would like to lose some of the fat that I put on. It's tough going from skinny to a little flabby.

Anyway, not low carb but definitely carb reduced. My workouts seem to suck all of a sudden. I realize that in a caloric deficit that they won't be as good but I crap out about halfway through.

What supplements does anyone suggest?

Hey SFG - I was looking around on that site and couldn't find it. Which part of the site can I find it in?

+1 for caffeine: 5mg per kg is the higher end that you can take

You can also try out chocamine powder. It's in the same class as caffeine but it's a bit milder and lasts a bit longer

Ephedrine in asthma medications can be tried as well in 25mg dosages...as can Pseudo-ephedrine in cough medications in 30-60mg....they are fairly mild from my experience and if you have any cold or breathing probs then they can help with that also...

asperine can be taken in conjunction to extend effects of caffeine and other supps...good if you're trying to lose weight...
