I just turned 17 im 5'7 and weight around 122LBS. I started benching everyday about a week ago. And feel disciplined to start benching. I don't know if i should bench everyday or every other day. And also at walmart they sell Body Forstress pretty cheap has anyone use this product and would you recomend it?

I would not recommend benching every day. I would not recommend benching every other day. Maybe, twice per week.

You need to be doing pull-ups, squats, rows, overhead press, deadlifts, etc. There is a lot more to lifting that just bench press.

Benching alone isn't going to do anything but make you look silly. As ecle5c recommended, try doing a lot of compound exercises. Save benching for once a week, unless your doing a full body routine more than once per week. I love body fortress protein and highly recommend it. Try a two scoop serving right after you work out, and maybe a one scoop serving in the morning or before bed. DON'T rely on the supplement for your protein needs as a whole however. Make sure you are eating a lot of lean protein as well. And remember if you're trying to gain muscle mass, you need to eat like a horse, and keep it as clean as possible(sorry bro, McDonalds doesn't quite do it ha,ha,ha.)It'll take some time, but if you work smart, and hard, you'll see some serious progress.
