Hello, my name is Hailley. I am 15, I just recently got out of a sport; I am fit and have no problem working out but I still cannot lose weight. I do not go to a gym, and I have weights but I am looking to lose about 40 pounds. Help. I weight like 180, and I am 5'7". ANY SUGGESTIONS?

actually I just started this diet and fitness thing today. It is now telling me to take in 2435 calories a day! I used to be on a strict 1000 calories a day diet. It consisted of little or no fat and no carbohydrates.

That's your problem, the 1,000 calories per day absolutely killed your metabolism. You need to eat food to lose weight, hard to believe but your body will not release its fat stores if it thinks that it is starving.
