I have a bit of a belly. I also notice that when I sit down, it seems that I have some fat below my waist on the mons pubis area. When I stand, it is less dramatic, and looks flat, although I can pinch the area between my fingers. So, I was wondering if there was a way to find out how much fat is in that area, or if it is just flesh. I'm trying to spot my target areas, but i have no idea how "fatty" the mons pubis area is or how much I can lose from the area in addition to my waist.
Sorry for the rather wierd question, but it seems like that midsection is where I carry all my fat. Stupid beer!

ummm...
I know you can get fat distribution there, no idea on how to tell whether it is fat or just skin, lol.
Keep getting leaner and it may get less...pouchy?

Take a look at your diet, as it has a lot to do with fatty tissue.
Remember you can't spot reduce.

If you have fat in the belly and or groin area, whenever you sit you will see it more pronounced. If it is just skin, it should be fairly obvious to ascertain.
