Should exercises be performed in the same order that they are listed in FT's daily routine?
For example, does it make a diiference if you work your triceps before biceps, or shoulders before back?

I would follow the program in order. Once you have more experince you can adjust your workout according to what's ahead. You don't want to exhaust a muscle early in your routine that you are going to need later -

I try to do the exercises in the order given but if a particular machine isn't available I go to something that I can do while I'm waiting. Personnally I've gotten a better workout when I do them in order.

I have a question that's kinda similar....
In the work out plan do we complete all the sets of one exercise first or do we do one set of an exercise and then move on to the next exercise?
For example, do I do all my sets of benchpresses togeter before moving on and then doing my lege raises, or do I do one set of the Benchpress and move straight onto the leg raises and so on and then come back, kind of like completing a circuit?
Thanks!

I think the way FT has them set up is to do all of one (bench press, for instance) and then move to the next movement.
