probably a daft, just need it clarifying for please.

when doin front raises or anything where u do one arm at a time, it asks for 12 reps, does that mean 12 on each arm or 12 in total,

If you want to make it real challenging, do both arms at the same time! Oh and even if you didn't already know, good form is really the key for this one. Try not to cheat out your reps.
