When will I see Improvement

I am new to weight lifting. I just started lifting about 12 days ago and I am follwing the program that FT has outlined.

I am 39 years old and really never lifted before. I also have recenlty lost 102 lbs (over 2 year period).

When will I start to "see" the results of llifting?

Congratulations on the weight loss - that is great!

It can take a few months to really start seeing chnages, but you may 'feel' firmer within a few weeks.

Outcome depends on how much you put into it, as with just about everything else in life. The harder you work, the quicker you notice results. The people around you tend to notice your results before you will.
