How about a program from this site? If you want to see pictures go to www.exrx.net You may be eatig the right foods, but you are not going to build alot of muscle unless you eat, eat, and eat some more. It will also be hard to pack on muscle without adding some fat which will not make your abs show. Why do you care about a 6 pack?

There are three types of people in this world: those who make things happen, those who watch things happen and those who wonder what happened. We all have a choice. You can decide which type of person you want to be. I have always chosen to be in the first group.

You're going to have the same problem I've always had. I could work out all day long if I wanted to and wouldn't gain any weight.

Sign up for a workout on this site, they give you instructions and pictures if you need them. Biggest thing, even though you claim to "eat right", is to eat more. A lot more of you won't see your results. We see it daily with "hard gainers".
