What is your goal?

and where is the resistance training?

Variety is a good thing. But excess cardio and lack of strength training will give you less than optimal results no matter what your goal.

Pop into the women's forum and read the sticky posts.
You need muscles to get in shape and have stamina. You won't turn into Arnold just by using weights when you train. I asume you are female, right? You haven't filled in our profile.
When I started doing weighted squats, my speed on my bike increased a lot! I don't get winded anymore, just because my legs are stronger.
Strength can be done with weights, mashines, or recistance bands, depending on your level and what you have access to.

I believe by strength exercise she meant lifting weights. However you are not limited to actual weights. Pushups for example, pullups, etc. A lot can be done without actual weights like you see in the gym.

Sign up for a home exercise program on this site and it will give you a good place to start.

You can mix, but don't go over board. If you do weights twice a week, then you can do cardio (aerobics, spinning...) a couple of days as well. You should give yourself one day a week without exercise, except taking the bike to the store, walking the dog, etc. depending on what you normally do. Weight exercises can be cardio style as well, sort of. You do the weights as much as you can do, but don't rest more than 30 s. or so between different sets. If you do circiut training, then the move from one exercise to the next is enough rest... or so I think. I'm not an expert - I just follow what feels right for me.
