So, I need to lose a little bit of weight, about 5 or 10 pounds, but I can't really diet because my family doesn't have the money to really buy food, so all I really get to eat is school stuff, and I tend to have low blood sugar, so I have to eat enought to keep my blood sugar up. Any tips?

No money for food? What do they eat?
If you only eat in school, that would mean one meal a day? That isn't enough. Your blood sugar gets low because you don't eat often enough.
Carrots should be pretty cheap, right? Get a bag and eat them one at a time so you eat 5-6 times a day. Bananas and apples are a lot better than candy, and cheaper by the pound too.

No, I eat dinner, but it is usually some junk food that they buy, like sonic or pizza. As for eating 5 or 6 times a day, I can't eat during my classes. So, max I could eat 4 or 5 and that is pushing it. Plus I usually don't have time for breakfast, so that leaves it to 3 or 4. I know I need to eat breakfast, but I never have time or the money to buy like a granola bar. Plus no breakfast food at the house.

Well, in the long run, healthier food will be less expensive than buying pizza all the time.

I try to tell them that, but they refuse to listen. It's really frustrating. I did eat breakfast today though... of course, I drank two cokes too, and pigged out at a chinese food buffet. I slip up on the whole diet thing now and again. I'm trying to make permanent changes. I've gotten to the point where not drinking sodas doesn't lose weight anymore. I'm eating healthier at school, even though it takes like, 1.75 rather than just getting the free lunch from the cafeteria. Question though, is a baked potato or a salad better? I hate salad, but I always seem to eat less of it, and I put a ton of cheese and butter on my potato. I think I just answered own question.

I also have a question about cardio. I am in my school's show choir, so we sing and dance. I have the class every other day for an hour and a half, and we usually dance for at least 45 minutes, if not the entire class period. Do I need to have a little bit more cardio to help my cardiovascular endurance? My guy like to go running (he was a cross country runner in highschool), and while I hate running, I would love to be able to keep up with him on a bike.

eggs and oatmeal are real cheap... breakfast is the most important meal T_S, try hard to get atleast some toast with a piece of fruit and juice and/or milk, it will make a huge difference i promise ya....

I eat a couple of peices of bread now, since we have some bread. I know I need to get some vitamins.... any suggestions on a good multivitamin? I know my iron is a little too low, because I couldn't give blood last time because of it.

There's female version of the MegaMan vitamin from GNC (MegaWoman maybe?) that is supposed to be very good.
