I have completed the 12 week Mass Program but I am nowhere near were i would like my body to be. What do I do from this point?

Not going to happen in 12 weeks. Keep EATING (clean) and keep Lifting (heavy) and resting.

You look at your diet like KA said. How much weight did you gain? How much of that was muscle? Compare that to how many calories you ate and if you didnt' reach your goals up it and do it again.

Im on my 16th week for mass,and yes if it took 12 weeks to see great results then everyone in the world would do it.Just hang in their and work hard!!!

Without juice, lift heavy low reps, eat clean and you will gain average 7 lbs of muscle a year. Yep a year. Lots of work but dedication and self discipline you can do it. You wont get monstrous but you will get big. I did:)

7lbs per year. Maybe if you don't eat.

I've seen lifters move up 2 weight classes solid in one year, in fact I'm doing it right now, for 20-30lbs in a year. This is at the higher end of the spectrum, but 7lbs per year, especially for a beginner, is shooting low.
